To Men Who Have A Problem With Adam Lambert…

You need to shut the hell up! I’m sick of the double standard in favor of men’s perverted lesbian fantasies while at the same time bashing gay men. If women have to accept the fact that lesbian imagery is mainstream, men should accept the fact that homoerotic entertainment is mainstream now…DEAL WITH IT.

With that said, I still like Adam Lambert overall and LOVE him as a singer.  I didn”t support his onstage presentation just like I don’t support Katy Perry’s pseudo lesbian anthem. But I still like them both because they are great singers.

Adam, you’re the best!!!

First, a man’s lesbian fantasies will never be perverted. Ever. Women loving women is a beautiful thing. Women loving women with me in the middle is an even more beautiful thing.

I have no problem with Adam Lambert because he’s gay. He is what he is. I have a problem with him because of his teased hair and those tight assed leather pants. Unless you’re a professional wrestler, a man should never own a pair of leather pants.

In short, Adam Lambert is not TrueMan approved. Adam, man up.

Men having lesbian fantasies or being in the middle of it as you say is perverted and so are you. It’s nothing more than a precursor to men getting involved in bisexual activity (eventually). Heck, I know pleny of gay men who believe that they can “hook” any straight guy. I’ve seen them successful at it too. Hopefully, one of your women will bring in an extremely femmy looking shemale and have you kiss him (thinking it’s a woman, LOL—I’ve heard of something similar happening to a guy who tried to get me involved in a threesome) Served him right. With that said, happy thanksgiving.

It should also be noted that there are MANY women out there find the idea of two men kissing sexy. Also perveted.

Still, I love Adam Lambert, Ellen DeGeneres, and Rosie O’Donnell.

LorMarie, I’m just being real with you. Many men have that fantasy. Sorry, but if it’s perverted, most of the men in America are perverted.

I’m glad you liked my blog though. Feel free to come back. You may not always agree but you’ll find it interesting.

        Happy Thanksgiving.

I don’t think that simulated oral sex (or any other kind) — gay or straight — has any place on TV. And especially not on a show that many kids would watch.

Lambert just perpetuated the myth (?!) that gays are all about sex and not about committed monogamous relationships.

    • LorMarie says:

True! Is there any truth to that myth? I think that some are commited, but what about the majority? All I can say is the gays, lesbians, and bis that I know/knew have had more sex partners than straights. I can’t speak for others but that tells me something.

  3. LorMarie says:

    True,

I am well aware that most men probably have that perverted fantasy just as many of them probably have gay fantasies but won’t admit it (why is gay porn such big business if only a small percentage of men are gay–think about it).

Anyway, we are straying from the topic. The point of this post is that hetero men are now going to have to live with the mainstreaming of gay male action.

Curiously, when a co-worker talked with me about this incident I couldn’t help but point out that if it had been between two women the outrage would have been less. She did, of course, tell me how disgusting she thought of two women being sensual on stage.

I never saw the performance, though, sleeping as I do for my midnight shift. My thoughts, though, when I read about it that night on Newser, was to roll me eyes and go on about my day.

In a sane society we wouldn’t have to put up with it. There was a huge outcry about this homosexual’s behavior, but yet he was still allowed on one of the morning talk shows. Who is pushing the agenda?

I agree that condemning homosexual behavior among males and thinking it’s okay among females is hypocritical. I also understand this type of degenerate behavior has been with us as long as humans have been around. The best we can do is shun it and keep it from coming out of the bedroom and not accepting it as a viable “alternative” lifestyle. It should be illegal to promote or display in public, with severe penalties for breaking the law.

Would you want your daughter to think this is okay, Lormarie? No grandchildren to take care of you in your old age?

“Lambert just perpetuated the myth (?!) that gays are all about sex and not about committed monogamous relationships.”

It’s a mental illness. I used to live in San Francisco for a number of years and I can tell you without reservation, gays are anything but what the word originally meant.

In my work I’ve had to do forensic recovery of hard drives and I can tell you that some of the stuff that gays do is beyond sick. Most people don’t really think about this when talking about giving them “equal” rights. Next time you meet a homosexual, think about what kind of sex he has with other men and you won’t want to be around them for very long.

Sticking your penis inside another’s colon is unclean, high risk behavior and is just one of the causes of their many disesases.

    @ Orion,

Nope and I really hope she doesn’t think its ok. I would be devastated if she were Lesbian or bi.

  8. LESBIAN DOUBLE STANDARD: This week we had in-laws over for dinner. Inspired by Chuck we made our own pizzas, including a goat cheese, roasted butternut squash, arugula, olive oil pie…yum! yum! Anyway, over dinner conversation my wife was telling Grandma & Grandpa about how we got a free subscription to Showtime, and that we’re recording ‘The L Word‘, a drama about lesbians. My wife observed: “How come we hear about women who are sick of men and start dating other women? But we never hear a man say, ‘I’m sick of women! I think I’ll start dating men!’”
